The tool guarantees a response from the person responsible for the area in which the issue has occurred. With regard to acknowledgements, these will be forwarded to the relevant person involved.<\/p>\n<p>The operation of this tool is intended to enable the institution to identify areas for improvement and to address those aspects of the organisation\u2019s functioning that help to meet the expectations of the people to whom it directs its activity, mainly students and society in general.
