The Complaints, Suggestions and Acknowledgements Box is a tool aimed at students of the Escola Universitària Formatic Barcelona and other stakeholder groups.

Through this tool you can submit your complaints and suggestions regarding any EUFB service, as well as acknowledgements for those aspects that you consider have satisfactorily met your needs. The tool guarantees a response from the person responsible for the area in which the issue has occurred. With regard to acknowledgements, these will be forwarded to the relevant person involved.

The operation of this tool is intended to enable the institution to identify areas for improvement and to address those aspects of the organisation’s functioning that help to meet the expectations of the people to whom it directs its activity, mainly students and society in general. Likewise, the inclusion of acknowledgements seeks to highlight the importance of recognising what works well and to promote an attitude that values the behaviours and actions that ensure the quality of the service provided by the EUFB.

    Rights: you may access, rectify and erase your data, as well as object to certain processing activities or request the restriction and portability of your data, by writing to dpd@formaticbarcelona.com
